Job Description
In this role you will create and maintain templates and documentation for change requests, specifications, and technical design. Establish the look and feel of IT business management documents
Responsibilities
Create and maintain policy and procedure manuals and related documentation
Ensure that documents follow organizational style and processes
Interface with technical SMEs to obtain and document specifications
Provide status reports to the executive team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of Technical Writing experience
Experience using document creation tools including MS Word, Visio and Adobe
Experience with common IT Policies and Standards such as ITIL
Knowledge of SLDC methods such as Waterfall and Agile
Working knowledge of current application architectures and designs
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to deliver presentations
Any experience with MS SharePoint would be a plus
Microsoft certification, knowledge of Agile development methodology
