Job Description

In this role you will develop, maintain, and execute test scripts, database validation, software and web testing. Participate in business requirements analysis and review, development, final system testing and release readiness testing.

Responsibilities

Planning and creating Test Plans and Cases

Using existing tools to execute test cases as well as building new testing tools

Documenting, tracking and escalating issues

Utilizing tracking tools

Performing regression, black box, white box, and UI testing

Planning and conducting testing procedures for large and complex projects.

Supporting the UAT cycle as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT is preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of degree

3+ years’ experience in software testing

Experience with various programming languages and logic

Data mining and validation using SQL

Experience utilizing tools for issue tracking

Experience and/or knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
